[Description]
Add 10G WAN support to mt7988d base on dsa-10g-emmc DTS.

This patch configure the WAN LAN ports as below.
  eth2: external 10G WAN
  eth1: internal 2.5G LAN
  lan0-lan3: internal switch 1G LAN
