[][SW should not fill KA field] [Description] Remove useless operation, SW should not fill KA field. This field is a display of keepalive for each packet. KA is 1 means that the packet will be sent to the CPU for keepalive conntrack, and KA is 0 means that the packet will not be sent to CPU.
