[Description]
Change firmware to 20240618 version

[Release-log]
1. Enable downshift function in the initial configuration by FW.
2. Fix MVL devices downshift issue.
3. Add date code and version number in the tail of the firmware

Without this patch, you may not be able to link with certain MVL based
devices under 100Mbps.
