[][HIGH][kernel][mt7986/mt7981][eth][Fix HW LRO IRQ request error] [Description] Fix HW LRO IRQ request error. MT7986 and MT7981 can support 3 HW LRO rings, but due to configuration errors, only 2 HW LRO rings are enabled. Without this patch, we cannot fully utilize the performance of HW LRO.
