[][kernel][common][eth][Fix Fiberstore SFP-10G-T IOT issue] [Description] Fix Fiberstore SFP-10G-T IOT issue. To ensure compatibility with Fiberstore SFP-10G-T modules, we have upgraded the SFP Rollball protocol to Linux-6.10. Without this patch, the SFP framework is unable to detect the 10G PHY that inside the Fiberstore SFP-10G-T.
