[][kernel][common][eth][Add AMDA TX/RX ring index to the dbg_regs command] [Description] Add AMDA TX/RX ring index to the dbg_regs command. Without this patch, users are unable to retrieve the values of all ADMA CPU/DMA TX/RX indexes using the dbg_regs command.
