[][MAC80211][WiFi6][core][Fix STA channel switch reason during auth/assoc for DFS channel] [Description] Fix STA channel switch reason during auth/assoc for DFS channel. Move cfg80211_sta_update_dfs_state to the top of drv_event_callback, so that DFS state can be set to AVAILABLE before driver calling set channel.
