[][kernel][mt7988][eth][Add XGMAC_MAC and XGMAC_STS to the dbg_regs command] [Description] Add XGMAC_MAC and XGMAC_STS to the dbg_regs command. Without this patch, users are unable to retrieve the values of XGMAC_MAC and XGMAC_STS using the dbg_regs command.
