[][kernel][mt7988][eth][Add support for the permanent MAC address of the ethtool] [Description] Add support for the permanent MAC address of the ethtool. Usage: ethtool -P ethX Without this patch, the ethtool is unable to retrieve the permanent MAC address from the NAND/NOR Flash.
