[][openwrt-24][Release][Fix release build fail of Wi-Fi7 MT76] [Description] Fix release build fail of Wi-Fi7 MT76. The current version is based on mac80211 v6.9.9 backport. Currently two release branches are supported:
21.02 This is the current in-use branch
