[][kernel-6.6][mt7988][eth][Fix the USXGMII link down issue on the prpl-mozart board]

[Description]
Fix the USXGMII link down issue on the prpl-mozart board.

We need to change the property name because it has been modified by the
upstream patch [1].

Without this patch, the USXGMII may encounter a link down issue because
of an incorrect polarity setting on the prpl-mozart bard.
