[][MAC80211][core][Fix mtk_eth_setup_tc_block panic issue] [Description] Fix mtk_eth_setup_tc_block panic issue. This patch backport from linux-6.3. If without this patch, the kernel might panic in the mtk_eth_setup_tc_block() when create/add/remove tc rule.
