[][MAC80211][hnat][Correct maximum rate limit for the PPPQ] [Description] Change maximum rate limit for the PPPQ. Because the PPPQ method is being utilized on the switch's 1G ports, it indicates that the link partner's highest speed is 1Gbps. Therefore, we change the maximum rate limit from 2.5Gbps to 1Gbps.
