[][MAC80211][core][add support for runtime set in-band discovery (cert)] [Description] Fix the wds ping fail in 5g band. Add the limitation for executing ieee80211_set_unsol_bcast_probe_resp and ieee80211_set_fils_discovery. Note: This runtime command is only for 6GHz band.
