[MEDIUM] implement 'option ssl-hello-chk' to use CLIENT HELLO health checks. This makes it possible to relay SSL connections in pure TCP instances while ensuring the remote end really receives our data eventhough intermediate agents (firewalls, proxies, ...) might acknowledge the connection.
