BUILD: reorder the objects in the makefile After a number of reorganization, addition of fcgi and the removal of the legacy mode, some late files ended up being slow to build and were slowing down the parallel build. Let's reorder them based on the build time. Full build went down from 8.3-9.2s to 6.8s.
