MEDIUM: server: Use a tree to store local server-state lines Just like for the global server-state file, the line of a local server-state file are now stored in a tree. This way, the file is fully parsed before loading the servers state. And with this change, global and local server-state files are now handled the same way. This will be the opportunity to factorize the code. It is also a good way to validate the file before loading any server state.
