BUILD: adopt script/build-ssl.sh for OpenSSL-3.0.0beta2 starting with https://github.com/openssl/openssl/commit/74b7f339aa58af57c0e71b7efca66e6f2db5ae2e, libs are installed to "lib64", to get back required behaviour, let us set libdir explicitly
