MINOR: proto-htx: Use the start-line flags to set the HTTP messsage ones the flags of the HTX start-line (HTX_SL_F_*) are mapped on ones of the HTTP message (HTTP_MSGS_*). So we can easily retrieve info from the parsing in HTX analyzers.
