MINOR: mux-h2: Add a mux_ops dedicated to the HTX mode Instead of using the same mux_ops structure for the legacy HTTP mode and the HTX mode, a dedicated mux_ops is now used for the HTX mode. Same callbacks are used for both. But the flags may be different depending on the mode used.
