CLEANUP: h3: remove h3 uni tasklet Remove all unnecessary bits of code for H3 unidirectional streams. Most notable, an individual tasklet is not require anymore for each stream. This is useless since the merge of RX/TX uni streams handling with bidirectional streams code.
