MAJOR: lua/htx: Adapt HTTP applets to support HTX messages This patch is a bit huge but nothing special here. Some functions have been duplicated to support the HTX, some others have a switch inside to do so. So, now, it is possible to create HTTP applets from HTX proxies. However, TCP applets remains unsupported.
