REGTEST: ssl: add some ssl_c_* sample fetches test

Test the following ssl sample fetches:

ssl_c_der, ssl_c_sha1,hex, ssl_c_notafter, ssl_c_notbefore,
ssl_c_sig_alg, ssl_c_i_dn, ssl_c_s_dn, ssl_c_serial,hex, ssl_c_key_alg,
ssl_c_version

This reg-test could be used as far as haproxy 1.6.
