MEDIUM: cache: Remove code relying on the legacy HTTP mode The applet delivering cached objects based on the legacy HTTP code was removed as the filter callback cache_store_http_forward_data(). And the action analyzing the response coming from the server to store it in the cache or not was purged of the legacy HTTP code.
