REORG: cli: move 'show sess' to stream.c Move 'show sess' CLI functions to stream.c and use the cli keyword API to register it on the CLI. [wt: the choice of stream vs session makes sense because since 1.6 these really are streams that we're dumping and not sessions anymore]
