BUG/MINOR: stconn: Fix SC flags with same value

SC_FL_SND_NEVERWAIT and SC_FL_SND_EXP_MORE flags have the same value. It is
not critical because these flags are only used to know if MSG_MORE flag must
be set on a send().

No backport needed.
