BUG/MINOR: stats: the status bar does not appear anymore after a change When a server state change happens, a status bar appears with a link. Since commit 1.5-dev16 (commit e7dbfc66), it was not visible anymore because of the CSS properties set on the whole "div" tag used by the tooltips. Fix this by using a specific class for the tooltips.
