DOC: specify the default value for maxconn in the context of a proxy Default value for maxconn in the context of a proxy is 2000 and is unrelated to any other value (like global ulimit-n or global maxconn). Without an explicit a user may think that the default value is either no limit or equal to the global maxconn value.
