REGTESTS: log: Reduce response inspect-delay for last_rule.vtc Because of the previous fix, log/last_rule.vtc script is failing. The inspect-delay is no longer shorten when the end of the message is reached. Thus WAIT_END acl is trully respected. 10s is too high and hit the Vtext timeout, making the script fails.
