MEDIUM: init: DeviceAtlas initialization This diff initialises few DeviceAtlas struct fields member with their inherent default values. Furthermore, the specific DeviceAtlas configuration keywords are registered and the module is initialised and all necessary resources are freed during the deinit phase.
