BUILD: makefile: remove -fomit-frame-pointer optimisation (solaris)

-fomit-frame-pointer is commonly avoided because tools like dtrace
needs frame-pointer. Remove it from Makefile and let builder's env
do the job.

This patch could be backported to 1.9.
