MINOR: stream-int-conn-stream: Move si_update_* in conn-stream scope

si_update_rx(), si_update_tx() and si_update() are renamed cs_update_rx(),
cs_upate_tx() and cs_update() and updated to manipulate a conn-stream
instead of a stream-interface.
