DOC: internal: add a description of the stream connectors and descriptors The "layers" mini-doc shows how streams, stconn, sedesc, conns, applets and muxes interact, with field names, pointers and invariants. It should be completed but already provides a quick overview about what can be guaranteed at any step and at different layers.
