REGTESTS: startup: activate automatic_maxconn.vtc Check if USE_OBSOLETE_LINK=1 was used so it could run this test when ASAN is not built, since ASAN require this option. For this test to work, the ulimit -n value must be big enough. Could be backported at least to 2.5.
