add Kconfig for fsuuid command CONFIG_CMD_FS_UUID was neither whitelisted, nor was it declared in Kconfig. Now it can be enabled in .config and defconfig as expected. Signed-off-by: Josua Mayer <josua.mayer97@gmail.com>
