Merge branch '2023-10-28-assorted-platform-updates' - Fix some mpc85xx platforms, fixes for a few TI K3 platforms, enable usb device and fastboot on verdin-imx8mp, make all QEMU platforms use the default console buffer sizes, vexpress platform fixes, and update synquacer flash layout
