Revert "arm: Remove inetspace_v2_cmc board"

Upon further review when populating README.scrapyard, inetspace_v2_cmc
is a variant on netspace_v2 and not just an orphan config.

This reverts commit 653600a715db49859c06ba5dfb858c15c4108d54.
