omap-common: clocks-common: Setup USB DPLL when MUSB is in use On (at least) OMAP4, the USB DPLL is required to be setup for the internal PHY to work properly. The internal PHY is used by default with the MUSB USB OTG controller. Signed-off-by: Paul Kocialkowski <contact@paulk.fr>
