nand/fsl_elbc: Convert to self-init This driver doesn't yet make use of the added flexibility (not that that should stop anyone from converting...), but it will with the in-progress hack to support 4k-page NAND. Signed-off-by: Scott Wood <scottwood@freescale.com>
