Coldfire M5271: Activate u-boot system timer interrupt. This patch assigns the u-boot system timer interrupt to interrupt level 3, priority 6. Without this patch the interrupt will be a level 0, priority 0, which disables it and cause u-boot functions that relies on the timer (e.g. sleep command) to never return.
