video: kconfig: remove DM_I2C dependency of I2C_EDID Drop the DM_I2C dependency, as the library only implements the parsing of EDID data and doesn't depend on any driver One user of this library, the i2c command, implements support for legacy and DM I2C drivers Tested on a Zynq board, whose I2C driver is not ported yet to DM Signed-off-by: Luis Araneda <luaraneda@gmail.com>
