Complete migration of MTDPARTS_DEFAULT / MTDIDS_DEFAULT, include in environment - Ensure that everyone setting mtdids= and mtdparts= is doing so via the CONFIG options. - If the CONFIG options are set, ensure that the default environment sets mtdparts / mtdids.
