davinci: omapl138_lcdk: add support for TI_COMMON_CMD_OPTIONS OMAP-L138 LCDK board can benefit from using the commonly used commands enabled by TI_COMMON_CMD_OPTIONS. Source the relevant Kconfig file so TI_COMMON_CMD_OPTIONS can be enabled for OMAP-L138 LCDK board in a future patch.
