ARC: Enable DISPLAY_CPUINFO & DISPLAY_BOARDINFO With implemented print_cpuinfo() and model property in .dts we're ready to print nice info about ARC cores and boards on boot. Signed-off-by: Alexey Brodkin <abrodkin@synopsys.com>
