arm: dts: rockchip: rk3399: nanopi-r4s: Provide smbios sysinfo

Provide human-readable manufacturer and product names for the
FriendlyELEC NanoPi R4S.

Enable CONFIG_SYSINFO and CONFIG_SYSINFO_SMBIOS by default.
