i2c: fix: Add support for the Arm's Versatile Express I2C controller accidentially while fixing merge errors for patch: https://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2018-September/342278.html missed to add files: MAINTAINERS drivers/i2c/Kconfig drivers/i2c/Makefile add them with this patch.
