ARM: da850evm_direct_nor: Enable CONFIG_BLK At least for now, CONFIG_BLK is working, but this variant of the da850evm doesn't need/support SPL so it's OK to enable it here. Signed-off-by: Adam Ford <aford173@gmail.com>
