video: panel: add Motorola Atrix 4G and Droid X2 panel

Add support for the LCD panel module used in Motorola Atrix 4G or Droid X2.
Exact panel vendor and model are unknown. The panel has a 540x960 (qHD)
resolution and uses 24 bit RGB per pixel.
