Add GPIO name lookup so that you can act on GPIO's by name vs controller

Before:
u-boot=> gpio input pci_wdis#
GPIO: 'pci_wdis#' not found
Command 'gpio' failed: Error -22

After:
u-boot=> gpio input pci_wdis#
gpio: pin pci_wdis# (gpio 103) value is 1
