sandbox: scsi: Move reply setup out of helper Move this code out of the helper function so we can (later) add it as part of the shared emulation code. Set a default value of 0 for buff_used since that is what we use when there is an error. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
